How to reconnect the handle
This would usually happen when the pole is overly extended beyond the stop marking allowing it to detach from its handle. You can always reconnect it every time it happens. You just have to un-flip first the flip-lock and slide back the pole section to its handle, after that you can lock the flip-lock again. Please also take note, that it is made that way and that the pole’s quality/functionality is not compromised.

How to reconnect the bottom section?
The reason it was disconnected from the bottom section because it was undone inside, but all you have to do is to tighten it up again (you may check the other pole as well and tighten it).

The white plastic screw and spring must be inside the second section (counted from the bottom), you just need to give it a good shake, and they will fall out.

After it is fully fall out, you just need to insert it up inside and tighten it up.
